Responsibilities

As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing the Compliance market within your assigned geographic region. Your expertise in market research, data analysis, and trend analysis will be instrumental in providing valuable insights to our clients and contributing to the growth of our company.

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Compliance market in your assigned geographic region. This includes identifying key market trends, competitors, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Data and Trend Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze market data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business strategies and decision-making.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the Compliance market landscape, including industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Presenting Findings: Confidently present research findings, analysis, and recommendations to internal teams and clients in clear and concise English. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.
• Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate research findings and strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, coordinate research efforts, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to stay at the forefront of the Compliance market.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and integrity of all research data and maintain organized documentation of research activities.

Skills​​

• Experience as a Research Analyst or similar role, with a focus on market research and data analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or other statistical software) and ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a remote team setting, showing strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Compliance industry trends and regulations is preferred.
